freaking me out

Was anyone else rather freaked out by the fact that the high in NYC on Friday was 72 degrees? I mean, I am all for not having to carry around a winter coat....but I am seriously thinking that the film THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW actually might happen, and I don't think my apartment will save me. I mean, I definitely don't have a fireplace, and I don't think my dad (although he is an Eagle Scout) would journey to NYC to find me.
